If you do not like this series and prefer to bring another novel, please feel free! All are welcome! Please be aware that we are a child-friendly indie bookstore. Children are welcome at all our events, provided the hosting establishment allows it.

DUE TO SEATING LIMITS, THESE EVENTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. HOWEVER, YOUR TICKET CAN BE MOVED TO A FRIEND OR PUT TOWARDS A FUTURE EVENT. IF RESCHEDULING NEEDS ARISE DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, ALL NOTICES WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING. Event Ticket Policy & Terms
Thank you for supporting our indie romance-only bookstore! Because we host limited-capacity events—including author signings, book clubs, and special release parties—we commit resources and curate unique experiences for our community based on ticket sales. Due to these arrangements, all event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds
We do not offer cash, credit card, or store credit refunds if you are unable to attend an event.
2. Ticket Transfers (Gifting Your Ticket)
While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If you can no longer make it, you are welcome to give or sell your ticket to a fellow romance reader. Please email us at [hello at coastalcowboybooks dot com] at least 24 hours before the event with the original buyer’s name and the name of the person taking your place so we can update our guest list.
3. Book-Included Tickets
If your ticket included a copy of a book and you cannot attend, your book will be held at the shop for pickup.
Books must be picked up within [30/60] days after the event.
Unclaimed books after this period will be donated or returned to inventory.
If you need the book shipped to you, please contact us to arrange shipping at your own expense.
4. Event Cancellations or Postponements
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule an event due to author cancellation, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies:
We will notify you as soon as possible via the email provided at checkout.
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
If the event is canceled entirely, or if you cannot make the rescheduled date, a full refund in the form of in-store credit will be issued.
