Brews and Drinks are available for purchase at the bar downstairs. We encourage participants to order drinks, but not food, during the operating hours of the event. Come in as early as you’d like to chat and socialize downstairs from 5:30-6:30PM to eat and drink prior to the event!NOTE: Unfortunately, due to limited ticket and chair space, we are unable to provide tables during signing.
Accessibility: This location is wheelchair-accessible and accessible to disabled persons via a separate entrance off the side street, which will be open and available for check-in for the event.
BOTH BOOKS are included in the ticket price, and the price will reflect this. A separate limited number of tickets are available for those who will bring their own books. Authors can sign their other books during the event; the number is at the discretion of the author. Please be respectful of their limits and their wrists.
Event Ticket Policy & Terms
Thank you for supporting our indie romance-only bookstore! Because we host limited-capacity events—including author signings, book clubs, and special release parties—we commit resources and curate unique experiences for our community based on ticket sales. Due to these arrangements, all event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds
We do not offer cash, credit card, or store credit refunds if you are unable to attend an event.
2. Ticket Transfers (Gifting Your Ticket)
While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If you can no longer make it, you are welcome to give or sell your ticket to a fellow romance reader. Please email us at [hello at coastalcowboybooks dot com] at least 24 hours before the event with the original buyer’s name and the name of the person taking your place so we can update our guest list.
3. Book-Included Tickets
If your ticket included a copy of a book and you cannot attend, your book will be held at the shop for pickup.
Books must be picked up within [30/60] days after the event.
Unclaimed books after this period will be donated or returned to inventory.
If you need the book shipped to you, please contact us to arrange shipping at your own expense.
4. Event Cancellations or Postponements
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule an event due to author cancellation, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies:
We will notify you as soon as possible via the email provided at checkout.
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
If the event is canceled entirely, or if you cannot make the rescheduled date, a full refund in the form of in-store credit will be issued.
