PREORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS AFTER RELEASE TO SHIP.

WE RUN ALL PREORDERS UP UNTIL THE DATE OF RELEASE. AFTER RELEASE, WE PLACE OUR FINAL ORDER COUNTS. THIS ALLOWS ALL POSSIBLE ORDERS FOR THE AUTHORS TO COUNT TOWARDS RELEASE DAY NUMBERS.

BECAUSE OF THIS, ORDERS CAN TAKE A WEEK OR MORE TO SHIP TO OUR FACILITY, AND THEN WE PROCESS AND SHIP THEM TO CUSTOMERS.

MOST PREORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN THE WEEK OF RELEASE; HOWEVER, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE ALL CUSTOMERS KNOW THIS POLICY IN CASE OF SHIPPING OR PROCESSING DELAYS. AS AN INDIE SHOP WORKING WITH MOSTLY INDIE AUTHORS, WE DO NOT SHIP AS QUICKLY AS BIG BOX STORES.

Howdy, fellow story sheller!

Before you message us, please know all preorder campaigns ship out within 30 days of release. We typically get everything shipped out before that estimate. However, sometimes (especially with indie authors or campaigns with a lot of moving parts and incentives) it can take a long time for books or incentives to get to our shop.

We all love a good hand-signed copy, extra free goodies, and special incentives. However, it can add to the shipping time because of how long it takes for the items or books to arrive at the author, then ship to me, for me to then prep and ship all orders to you (our lovely customers!).

When you order from an indie author or indie bookseller, you get a lot of personalization, and we do tend to take a little longer than the BIG BOX STORES because of this. If there are any issues or delays, I will email all customers regarding updates. And, if there are any issues, I am usually a mess of stress and anxiety. I am crocheting up a storm of bookmarks. Which means most likely you’ll receive a thank-you/I’m-sorry handmade crochet bookmark in your order.
